• Clean as you go: cords, hoses, and offcuts belong out of walkways.
• Designated material storage areas - not stairs, not exits, not scaffolds.
• Mark and clean up spills immediately.
• Keep site lighting working; report dark stairwells and corridors.
• Nails in lumber: pull them or bend them flat, every time.
